HOW DO YOUR FEES WORK?

For successfully selling your unit, we charge 3% of the sales price. Our service is fully comprehensive, we prepare all of the requirement documentation and assist with transfer at the Land Office

CAN I BUY A HOUSE? CAN I GET A MORTGAGE?

Thai law prohibits non-Thai nationals from owning land. If you are not a Thai national, then you cannot own a house directly in your name as you would be owning the land on which the house sits. Many non-Thai nationals purchase houses through a Thai registered company, but this may also have it's pitfalls. Contact us for more details.

If you are looking to get financing to help with your purchase, then this is possible but not easy. Thai law requires that the funds used for non-Thai national purchase of a condominium unit are remitted from a foreign currency. It is not therefore possible to borrow money from a Thai bank in Thai Baht, but there are a few lending organisations that can help. Contact us for more details.

HOW LONG DOES THE PROCESS TAKE?

Buying a property in Thailand can be done quickly. We provide assistance with preparing the paperwork required for transfer of ownership.

Realistically, after you have made your decision on what property to buy, you could be the new owner by the end of the week!
