Too many Landlords forget how important it is to present their property in an attractive way to find a tenant or buyer. Often they invest huge amounts in buying the condominium unit, and then scrimp and save on relatively cheap items that will make the property stand out above the rest.
The best thing to do is to pretend that your condominium unit is a 'show unit' in a new condominium project. If you've ever stepped into a show unit, you will notice that the developer goes full out to make it look wonderful. Small decorative items like vases, lamps, ornamental pieces, pictures on the walls, and even plates and cutlery laid out neatly on the dining table.
And don't forget a nice expensive duvet set for the beds.
